These are a great value for basic safety glasses. I use them as sunglasses all the time (tired of losing expensive pairs). I keep a spare pair here and there. They're shaped to fit close to the face and they block out a lot of light. There aren't really any annoying "light gaps" around the edges like on some eyewear.
